Acne... it's Complicated.

Sometimes acne is caused by other factors such as diet, stress, illness, over-exercising, drinking too much alcohol or even exposure to sun in the summer. ...Let's see some reasons for acne... An acne sufferer's skin will become oily and yellowish. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but it can be a cause for concern. With oil-producing bacteria, oil can build up in the pores and eventually cause inflammation and infections. So far, the treatments for acne have been of little value. The combination of hormones, diet, pollution, hormonal balance, stress, and the use of chemical peels has not helped in the prevention of acne. It has not been proven to have any benefit.
