SHIPPING

Where does August + Monroe ship and how much does it cost?
We are currently shipping to the USA & Canada. Free shipping over $39 inside the U.S.

How long until your package arrives?
Please allow 3-5 business days (after handling) for USA orders, and 7-10 business days for International. *Expedited shipping information will be sent separately 

Can I track my package?
Yes of course! You will be notified via email with your tracking information, once your package ships.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?
We have a 15 day return policy... please contact us at hello@augustmonroe.com to start the return process.

My return was accepted, what's next?
Please fill out the return form sent by our customer service team.  

Do I need to get a tracking number for my return package?
Yes. We do ask you provide us with the tracking # attached to your return. This way if it’s lost, we can track it. We unfortunately cannot provide refunds for lost packages without tracking information. 

How long until I receive my refund?
Please allow 14 business days; the refund will be sent back to the original form of payment.
