Awful company

Don’t give your money to this company. I originally started using their products around the holidays when they had their holiday sale going on. I went to go repurchase the calm cream a month ago, they sent me the wrong product, and now after sending multiple emails and DMs on Instagram, they've ignore every one of my messages. I don’t see me ever getting a refund from them and I totally get mistakes happen and someone can package the order wrong BUT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM. Buy from them only if you trust they can fulfill a single item order which they’ve shown me they can’t, because if they miss up your order too, you won’t ever hear from them. They only care about getting your money. Shit company.

Love the Calming Cream.....BUT

I've emailed the [****] email and messaged on Facebook and Instagram multiple times over the past month and no one has responded. I ordered 4 of the calming cream refills and only received 1.

I'm sorry for doing this via the review, but someone needs to fix this. Thank you!
