Where does August + Monroe ship and how much does it cost?
We are currently shipping to the USA & Canada. Free shipping inside the U.S.

How long until your package arrives?
Please allow 3-5 business days for the USA, and 7 business days for Canada. *Expedited shipping information will be sent separately 

Can I track my package?
Yes of course! You will be notified via email with your tracking information, once your package ships.

Why is there a "Protect From Freezing" sticker on my package?

Due to Covid-19 shipping delays we are taking extra steps to help protect against large temperature swings which can harm our products. August + Monroe™️ does not use preservatives which can be harmful to your skin and this is why precautionary measures must be taken. Please DO NOT leave your packing in your mailbox or on your doorstop.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?
We have a 14 day return policy... please contact us at hello@augustmonroe.com to start the return process. Due to Covid-19, we are NOT able to accept returns outside their original packaging. #StaySafe

My return was accepted, what's next?
Please fill out the return form sent by our customer service team.  

Do I need to get a tracking number for my return package?
Yes. We do ask you provide us with the tracking # attached to your return. This way if it’s lost, we can track it. We unfortunately cannot provide refunds for lost packages without tracking information. 

How long until I receive my refund?
Please allow 14 business days; the refund will be sent back to the original form of payment.
